Gender Pay Gap report

The gender pay gap is the difference between the gross hourly earnings for all men and the gross hourly earnings for all women.

  • The mean gender pay gap figure represents the difference between the average pay of all Car Care Plan male employees, and female employees.
  • The median gender pay gap figure represents the pay difference between the middle point of Car Care Plan’s total number of male and female employees.

The gender pay gap is different from equal pay. Equal pay is the right of a man or woman to receive the same pay as a person of the opposite sex doing the same work for the same employer.

In line with the reporting requirements, this report relates to UK employees of Car Care Plan Ltd as at 5 April 2017.

Overall, Car Care Plan has almost three times as many males than females in the workforce. The numbers reflect that the majority of senior roles are held by men.

As a company, we acknowledge the gender pay gap and the underrepresentation of women in senior manager positions. We are committed to addressing this and to supporting women in the workplace.
